I am a huge fan of Old Time Radio. These shows were broadcast in the 1930’s, 40’s and 50’s and up until the early fifties, they were always done live. They couldn’t edit tape or anything like that and they had to do twice, one for the east coast and then another one for the west coast. When you listen, you have to use your imagination. Therefore, the story really becomes your own. There are no visuals. That’s why it’s been called “The Theater Of The Mind.” So try to take to some time from your busy day to listen to these old shows.
